Contributions · Open for early signals
Help test the alpha.
Hiring may follow funding and proof.
WARD is a small team today. These are contribution areas, not open employment positions. The most valuable work now is a second implementation, identity verification, a narrow pilot, or critical review.
Contribution areas
Work that moves the protocol forward
These are not job listings or promises of employment. They are concrete ways to collaborate now and possible role shapes if the project later receives funding.

Why no form
Writing beats credentials at this stage
Forms select for people who know how to fill out forms. CVs select for people who already have the right background. At this stage of WARD, both filters are wrong.
Two paragraphs of thinking tell us more than a CV ever could: how you frame the problem, what you find interesting, what you would build first. That is the signal that matters when a team is being assembled, not yet running.
When the role opens for real, the list of people who wrote first is where we start looking. No applicant tracking system. No black box. Just a folder of letters.
Not sure which role fits?
Write anyway. Use subject WARD Talent — general and tell us what you would bring. We'll figure out the shape together.
